1. About Care to Growth

Care to Growth is a weekly newsletter for co-parents, delivered via email through the Beehiiv platform. It is operated at www.caretogrowth.com. Care to Growth provides philosophical content, reflections, and actionable guidance for personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, legal advice, or medical care.

2. Eligibility

By subscribing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age by checking the age confirmation checkbox on our subscribe form. Care to Growth is intended for adults navigating co-parenting. If you are under 18, you may not subscribe.

3. Free Subscription

Care to Growth offers a free subscription that includes:

• Weekly newsletter delivery via email
• Access to all content during your first 13 weeks (Foundation of Self phase)
• Your choice of Mother Edition or Father Edition

Free subscribers may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

4. Paid Subscription

After your first 13 weeks, continued access to new weekly content requires a paid subscription at $9.00 per month. Paid subscriptions are processed through Beehiiv's secure payment system.

• Billing — you will be billed monthly on the date you upgrade
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
• Price changes — we reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice to subscribers
• Free trial — your first 13 weeks are free. No credit card is required to start.

5. Content

Care to Growth publishes original content each week including philosophical essays, reflections, and actionable guidance. We reserve the right to:

• Change, update, or improve content at any time
• Add new phases and content beyond the initial curriculum
• Adjust the newsletter format or structure with reasonable notice
• Temporarily pause publication in exceptional circumstances

Content is for informational and personal growth purposes only. It does not constitute professional therapy, psychological treatment, legal advice, or medical advice.

All content published in Care to Growth — including essays, reflections, images, and the newsletter format — is the intellectual property of Care to Growth and may not be reproduced, distributed, or republished without written permission. Quotes from third-party philosophers and authors are used for educational purposes and remain the property of their respective rights holders.

8. Acceptable Use

By subscribing you agree not to:

• Forward, republish, or redistribute newsletter content without permission
• Use the newsletter content for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the subscription system
• Subscribe on behalf of another person without their consent

Care to Growth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the newsletter will meet your specific needs, produce particular results, or be available without interruption. Personal growth is individual — results vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Care to Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on newsletter content. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months prior to any claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any subscription that violates these terms. Free subscribers may unsubscribe at any time. Paid subscribers who are terminated for cause will not receive a refund.
